The Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery residency program at the University at Buffalo is based on the University' South Campus on Main Street.
Following satisfactory completion of 72 months of training, a certificate of proficiency in Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery and the Doctor of Medicine degree are conferred.

- Applicant must be a CITIZEN or PERMANENT RESIDENT of the UNITED STATES, and provide proof of United States Permanent Residency with PASS application.
- Must have completed a minimum of 60 undergraduate credit hours in a United States or Canadian institution. Applicants who do not meet this requirement are not eligible for the program.
