The GPR at St. Joseph Mercy Oakland is a comprehensive program that offers experiences in medical rotations while providing a very broad and deep general dental experence. Residents spend signficant amounts of time with endodontists, periodontists, pediatric dentists and general dentists learning important diagnostic and treatment skills.
We opened and enlarged and renovated clinic in March, 2018 with 5 treatment rooms. The clinic has all the latest digital imaging, with intraoral and extraoral cameras. In addition, portable equipment and Nomad radiographic equipment allow general dentistry to be performed in the operating room and any other area of the hospital.
