Notice to ADEA PASS users: ADEA PASS applicants must submit an Educational Testing Service Personal Potential Index Report (ETS® PPI) to complete their applications for distribution to designated advanced dental education programs. Three to five PPI evaluators are required. The ADEA PASS Professional Evaluation Form (PEF) is now optional. Please review the instructions for the application at www.adeapass.org.
